Yes!&lt;br /&gt;Did I eat all of my daily points? Yes!&lt;br /&gt;Did I use all of my flex points? Yes plus a few&lt;br /&gt;Did I exercise?  Yes 12 A.P.&lt;br /&gt;Did I drink all of my water?  Nope!&lt;br /&gt;Still struggling with oils, though.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="fixed_width"  style="font-family:Courier, Monospaced;"&gt;So what happened?&lt;br /&gt;Short answer is: more in than out.&lt;br /&gt;Stay away from buffets, went to a place called CiCi's, oops.  I used all my flex points in one sitting.  I know that's allowed, but I now know the danger of having no cushion to fall back on. Then there was a day I went over 8 points and didn't have the cushion.  Sure sneaks up fast, don't it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="fixed_width"  style="font-family:Courier, Monospaced;"&gt;*** Goal for upcoming week. So am I happy?  You bet I am!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Did I walk?
