This week I am down 0.8 lbs.
I am so glad that this is all I lost, as you may recall I was having some fears that I was losing to much to soon. So am I happy? You bet I am!!!
- Did I walk? Yes!
- Did I eat all of my daily points? Yes!
- Did I use all of my flex points? No, used 8!
- Did I exercise? Yes 18 A.P.
- Still struggling with oils, though.

Current 281.4 lbs.
Total Loss: 18.4 lbs.
10% Goal 270.8 lbs.
